A KFC Shift Supervisor typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement
- Train new hires on proper food handling techniques, customer service skills, and cash register operations
- Assist the store manager in developing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and inventory levels
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Oversee the preparation of food items according to KFC recipes and specifications
- Manage shift schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Track labor costs and other expenses to stay within budget
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency
Job Requirements :
To be hired as a Shift Supervisor at KFC, applicants must have
- a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred, but not required.
- Applicants must also have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Additionally, applicants must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required.
