Key Responsibilities :
- Provide professional coaching and advice to internal customers in order to ensure that HR policies are properly implemented
- Develop strong working internal relationships, acknowledge good performance and behavior and ensure proper investigation on issues and conflicts
- Contribute to the development/implementation of projects in order to support the ongoing development of HR provision and standards, and monitor the output as per set KPIs
- Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences, interview and select eligible applicants as per the set company policy
- Review the mystery shopping reports and take action accordingly by meeting concerned employees and making training recommendations
- Manage the performance appraisal system on a bi-yearly basis
- Coordinate the training program of team members
- Handle the monthly closing of payroll in coordination with the Group Compensation & Benefits department
- Monitor the general attendance of team members by receiving the weekly schedule, communicating it to the regional team, and monitoring the log-in sheet for presence Maintain an open-door policy with employees in order to ensure smooth communication, and work toward maintaining a low turnover rate.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar field
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
