Responsibilities:

Support the Corporate and M&A/Dispute Resolution team in
conducting legal research on laws and regulations.
·
Assisting in drafting and negotiating corporate and M&A
documentation (OGM, EGM, SPA, SHA, MoU).
·
Assist in managing transactional and advisory projects to
ensure timely delivery.
·
Assist in preparing legal opinions and memoranda.
·
Keeping up to date with changes in the law and writing legal
briefings accordingly.
·
Assist in the procedures of incorporation of companies,
liaising with notaries and different administrations including regulatory
authorities.
·
Assist in managing the lifecycle of corporate transactions,
ensuring timelines, deadlines, and regulatory requirements are met.
·
Draft and review a variety of corporate documents such as
contracts, shareholder agreements, and corporate resolutions, as well as
litigation-related documents including complaints, defenses, and discovery
materials.
·
Prepare, notarize, and file necessary documents with courts,
regulatory bodies, and other relevant authorities in both corporate/litigation
matters.
Qualifications:
·
Law degree, having a Master\'s is a plus.
·
Admission to the Algerian Bar.
·
1 - 3 years of professional working experience in Corporate
and M&A.
·
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in Arabic, French, and English
·
Excellent multitasking abilities and a track record of
meeting strict deadlines

Office Suite and with legal software and billing systems
