Duties And Responsibilities
Work within corporate strategies and policy frameworks, design, propose and implement IT strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies set by the organization to meet IT requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
- Ensure the design, selection, development and maintenance of SAP and ERP software modules in coherence with ERP System, make sure it is successfully integrated and operated within the company’s business environment.
- Oversee the design and implementation of SAP technology as well as the integration and performance of all local area networks for the organization.
- Ensure to develop, maintain and implement the lawful and licensed Software’s/Hardware’s, and ensure that it is successfully integrated and operated in line with business environment and needs.
- Coordinate the use of internal technical support personnel and vendor support to provide higher levels of troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support.
- Lead the management, monitoring, and improvement of both existing and new IT processes like change management, release management and incident management.
Qualifications Education
Strong Knowledge in SAP application- preferred SAP certified.Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science from a reputable University. Master Degree is preferred.SAP & Oracle Certification.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years experience in IT development, three Programming languages, SAP & Oracle (ERP), 5 of which in management role.
Skills
Strong Knowledge in SAP application- preferred SAP certified.Very good command English and/or Arabic.Good management skills (Planning, Organizing, Controlling, & Leading).Very good communication skills.
