Client Management Officer CMO

The Client Management Officer plays a pivotal role in our organization, from the moment a lead approaches us until the conclusion of the engagement. Their intervention encompasses the entire process, ensuring that our policies and processes are adhered to by the lawyers handling the case

Responsibilities :

1.Conversion Stage Management : 
- Conduct thorough due diligence and research on potential clients after initial contact. 
- Gather information about the client\'s industry, business operations, financial status, and potential legal needs. 
- Work closely with the team leader to identify legal needs. - Conduct interviews with key stakeholders within the client\'s organization. 
- Draft relevant fee proposals or engagement letters aligned with client discussions and firm policies. 

2.Mission Phase Management : 
- Administrative supervision of mission stages, including organizing kick-off meetings and drafting mission sheets. 
- Ensure milestones of the project comply with deadlines and scope. 
- Responsible for invoicing and monitoring fee recovery process until mission closure. 
- Manage client relationships through regular communication, providing updates, and addressing concerns. 
- Ensure that the client\'s expectations are met. 

3.Clients’ Retention and Satisfaction Management : 
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients through regular communication. 
- Collect client feedback and testimonials for continuous improvement. 
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. 
- Drive cross-selling and achievement of lawyer KPIs. 
- Coordinate marketing and business development initiatives. 

Job Requirements : 
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, preferably in a legal or accounting firm or professional services environment. 
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, meeting deadlines, and driving business development initiatives. 
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
- Knowledge of legal terminology and processes. 
- Experience in cross-serving and maximizing revenue through client portfolio growth strategies. 
- Proficiency in using client relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools for tracking and managing client engagements. 
- Familiarity with international business practices. 
- Cultural awareness for effective engagement with multinational clients.
