Senior Lawyer ( energy or infrastructure sector )

- Oversee law office operations to ensure effective communication, structure, and strategic decision-making for achieving overall company goals.
- Implement business development strategies to expand the law firm\'s global presence and client portfolio.
- Train, motivate, and develop legal and support staff to strengthen the legal team including mentoring and maintaining compliance with operating procedures.
- Manage multiple cases and serve as the quality controller for the deliverables during legal processes.
- Provide strategic guidance on legal issues, apply independent judgment, and manage expectations and negotiations with clients.
- Evaluate the productivity of the team; monitor the quality of service for achieving client satisfaction goals and recommend improvements.
- Enhance the law firm\'s reputation in the community through planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, and communication initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualification:
- European or American Diploma
- Business Law or Contract Law or Arbitration Law.
- Cross-education, such as MBA or Bar Certification.
Experience (must have):
- Minimum 5 up to 10 years of experience in a law firm.
- Practice in the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Good knowledge of corporate law and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, including French and English.
- The highest level of ethics and integrity.
