Maintenance Manager - Multinational food Industry ( Blida )

- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, automation, and utility systems.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary maintenance team, including planning and oversight of technical stores.
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
- Utilize Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all maintenance operations.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including cost forecasting, expenditure tracking, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and adherence to maintenance standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to align maintenance activities with operational goals and schedules.
- Implement and manage new technologies and processes to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance documentation.
- Provide leadership and development opportunities for the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Profil :
- Should be a graduated university engineer
- Minimum 10 years of working experience and Minimum 4 years as a manager.
- Algerien, preferably living not more than 1.5 hours from the factory
- Fluent in English, French
- Experience with food or beverage or Experience with a multinational company
- Experience in managing mechanical, electrical, automation and utilities including planning and technical store.
- Knows TPM and has strong leadership skills.
