Responsibilities:
- Provide customized marketing support for the country in achieving business growth and sales targets
- Devise the budgeting and targeting plan for the country to ensure control of spend on marketing/ logistics within budget
- Plan, drive and execute annual marketing and branding initiatives to ensure execution of activities against plan
- Organize company-own events and coordinate participation in industry-organized events and conferences to ensure the company’s visibility & KOL service across these events
- Gather and analyze internal sales data and external market intelligence data to understand competitor strategies, global developments and regional market dynamics and hence identify partner & customer needs
- Conduct trainings for internal customers to drive motivation and reward top performers, and for partners to build the Cipla brand
Qualifications:
- B. Pharm
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
Relevant experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of rich pharma marketing experience OR 6-7 years of product management experience (in lieu of direct marketing experience in pharma)
- Product/ marketing experience across multiple specialties/ therapy areas is preferred
