Cogea Design et Construction offers a complete range of construction services, from design to turnkey project delivery. The company has a team of experienced professionals, including architects, engineers, interior designers, and contractors, who work together to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards of quality and durability.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (M/F) to join our team at COGEA Design & Construction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives and increase revenue.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Maintain and update a client database to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Profile :
- You have a minimum Bac+3 degree in business or a related field.
- 5 years or more of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Read, written and spoken for the 3 languages French/English and Arabic
- Proficiency in computer tools: (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Office).
