Descriptif du poste:
- Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to provide the overall maintenance of the plant and equipment (electrical/mechanical/electronic & instruments) complying with the Standard O&M procedures
- Ensure plant availability to optimize the water production 100% as per obligatory requirements
- Prepare master maintenance and calibration schedule for the whole plant equipment and instrumentation
- Manpower planning and provide training to all maintenance technicians to ensure all staffs comply with procedure, safety and environment requirements
- Liaise with Operations Manager to reduce equipment failure promptly for investigation and corrective actions to ensure speedy restoration of water production
- Planning and management of maintenance and calibration tools and machines required for plant maintenance
Compétences requises:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering with at least 10-15 years experience
- 10-15 years of experience in Operations and maintenance of water treatment plant or oil & gas industry
- Ability to read engineering drawings (ACAD) & P&ID, computer literate and familiar with Microsoft programs and its software
- Familiar with SCADA / PLC control operations
- Good experience in maintenance of plant and equipment, such as heavy electro-mechanical rotating machines, pumps, compressor/blower, valves and instrumentation/analyzers.
- Willing to be based in Algeria for 2 years
