- Bachelor of science in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

-  Have experience in the following technologies: Microwave, IP Transport protocols, NMS architecture, with a fundamental understanding of optical/Microwave transmission network infrastructure, Huawei experience is preferred

- Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly .

- Strong customer service experience, technical support and troubleshooting skills.

- Have a full understanding and ability of E2E issues troubleshooting, issue resolving within SLA.

- Excellent skills on MW Link configuration, Ethernet and TDM services creation.

- Excellent Skills on network fault troubleshooting (OM test. PRBS Test, Link performances , Loopback tests … )

- Have a good understanding of different MW link protections and Microwaves features 

- Self-starter, capable of taking initiative to identify & resolve problems, and improve work environment.

- Strong Team work mentality with strong analytical and communication skills

- Able to follow the project Implementation Plan and finish the task in time ;

- Can accept  overtime work and night job;
