Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities
1- Responsible for Wireless maintenance as Wireless engineer
2- Work in Wireless technical activities on troubleshooting
3- Routine maintenance of wireless network equipment such as 2G/3G/4G sites and BSC/RNC.
4- Maintaining and Supporting of wireless networks (test for degradation and breaks)
5- Providing technical support on wireless equipment and do preventive maintenance.
6- Compiling regular network performance and other reports as required internally and by the customers.\"
Job Specification (Education, Experience, Skills & Others)
Education:
Bachelor or above in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Skills:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience working in wireless 2G/3G/4G.
- Familiar with Wireless 2G/3G/4G principle knowledge.Experience on technical actions on BSS components : BTS,nodeb,Enodeb , BSC ,RNC : rehoming , software upgrade , license update …..
- Deeply understanding for traditional and new wireless products and features.
- Deeply understanding of relevant parameters of the network planning and adjustment principle.
- Can carry on the troubleshooting analysis on wireless and make relevant operation scheme.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly .
- Ability to Open and follow Wireless tickets related to issue troubleshooting or network precaution.
- Good knowledge about the interactions and different links between With Wireless domain and other domains Microwave , PS, CS…
- Scripting and algorithm basic knowledge is a plus.
Other:
- Strong Team work mentality with strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to follow the project Implementation Plan and finish the task in time
- Can accept overtime work and night job
